These stories and poems are about the search for the path of the shaman in this point in time. The path of a modern shaman whose interaction with nature may grow stronger day by day, making it an important part of daily life.

From the simple question "Can you listen?", to memories of the wise elders from conversations with M'Taka, to recollections of ancient songs and rhythms, this journey leads to the understanding that the stronger the bond with nature gets, the greater the ability to stay balanced in the sometimes hectic circumstances of everyday life becomes.

And as the path of the modern day shaman is given respect, changes begin to happen in the world around us... Many have walked this path before us, each making a difference in the world. Now we are invited to embark on a journey, each in our own, unique way.

At a young age AnneClaire already knew that she was highly sensitive. She brings her high sensitivity in a meaningful manner into her life, allowing it to be part of the flow of her activities. She writes from a meditative space deep inside herself, allowing the words to flow as she receives them.
