My book, "The Report Card", will try to trace public school environment and curriculum as it developed from about the 1930's to 2000 through the eyes and experiences of a small girl growing up in a rural community tucked away in the foothills of the Allegheny mountains in Pennsylvania. It will layout a school plan to help the inner city middle school child that has been left behind.
