Synchronicity

Dr. John Apsley was an articulate, layman-speaking guest on coast to coast am with George Noory Feb. 11, 2010, and it was the best show I have heard yet on coast (13 year listener.) Finally someone with credibility understands and has researched this subject in depth. I did hear him say that he hasn't finished his latest book yet, maybe that is why you cannot find it. The synchronicity with this subject on thyroid is that the day of Feb. 11, I went to my physiatrist, who now has diagnosed me with fibromyalgia, among a host of other diagnoses. For years I have been suffering with everything he describes on the show, all "syndromes," as drs. label them. My entire family- every single one, one both sides, from cousins, to great grandparents- have thyroid problems. I do believe, given personal and professional (I am a psychotherapist) experience, that almost all ills are caused by an imbalance in the endocrine system, and much due to the thyroid. Blood levels often do not tell the picture. Drs. are too busy to ask questions and be thorough. People give up looking due to this discouragement and just live on the border of life, with low energy, depression, a vague uncomfortable feeling, and are often misdiagnosed with psychiatric DSM-IV TR mental illnesses, put on BIG PHARMA less than adequate meds., and dismissed. This is ABHORRENT. Now comes along Dr. Apsley, who is unafraid to speak out with passion. Way to go John! Now if only I can find a physician like him here in RI or MASS.

Impressed

Last night (11 to 12 Feb 10) I became very impressed of what John Apsley had to say on the George Noory Coast-to-Coast Am show. Much of it confirmed my belief and also experiences in 'natural healing'. I intent to purchase his book. Udo Fischer, Alamogordo NM
