Unabashedly Brilliant

Only book I've ever read that made perfect sense of anger, and I read a lot and am a psychotherapist. Find, buy, read this book if you can. You'll be rewarded.

Very good insights on anger and modern life

Anger is one of our most evolutionarily primitive emotions. As such, psychiatrist Willird Galyin notes, it's very maladaptive to the modern Western world, and even cultural evolution is behind the curb. He discusses many of the ways in which anger wrongly manifests itself in today's modern life, and some of the things we can and should do about it as individuals before anger threatens to melt down our society.
