It all started when her sister Emily wanted to use one of her water bottles and her dad made a good point that by sharing one of her water bottles, Lucia will be helping the environment because she will be reducing and reusing. Having an extra water bottle Lucia's parents would not have to buy another one, and by sharing it with her sister Lucia will be reusing. That incident helped Lucia to be more aware about the environment. At class, she shared her ideas with her teacher and friends about the environment. The teacher then talked about pollution and how we all can help the environment. The Quest for Saving the Environment is the journey Lucia took in order to help the planet.
