Life-changing for me

Philip Rosenbaum has accomplished more "therapy" in my life with this book than have 45 years of living, 28 years of Bible study as a Christian, and several counselors. His style is non-judgemental and frequently anecdotal. He never assumes the position of preacher, instead identifying with the reader's struggles in this sensitive area as he offers his insights from Scripture. I found his Biblical exegesis accurate (though challenging) and his advice practical.If you are dedicated to pleasing the Lord, and willing to heed a strong word of admonition, "The Promise" can be surgery for your soul.
