I am so happy you wanted to get my meditation journal.
I created it right for you to show you that your life can change if you try to transform your brain. Your thoughts are everything you need to change to see the changing in your life if you are looking for it. I guess if you bought that journal you are the kind of person who does not want to go through life living the needs of other people.
Try to have more faith in your inner voice which may have spoken to you weaker because you was too busy to listen to it.
Your life is a gift and you got that gift to find your way to help others in their way to enlightenment.
Now let us move to the journal. I divided it into 5 simple sections to give you some tips on how you can start your journey to freedom.
In the first place look at the wheel of life which helps you to assess your total well-being. Thanks to this exercise you will notice which aspect of your life needs more work from you. Remember you have to strive for alignment all aspects of your life to feel more fulfilled.
Then you can take a look at how to transform your brain to think differently because we cannot change our life if we stuck in old programmes passed us by our families and the environment.
Later you will see what meditation is and its benefits.
To put you in the moment of relaxation, you will get some examples of kaleidoscopic patterns to color.
At the end of the journal you will get some space for your notes, I hope you will not stop yourself on my journal and you will look for on your own the possibilities which help you to grow.
