Excellant story, that will capture you right from the start. This amazing story brings past and present together, in a Mesmerizing story of love found, love lost through the effect of world war 1, then as a baby is born from that love, years later the daughter experiences the samething as her mother finding love, becoming pregnant..to only wind up losing her love from world war ll... history repeating itself the same for both Mother and Daughter. So much happens over time...to the mother and daughters relationship..you wonder if they will ever make amends in their lifetime. It's an epic tail of love and loss, and family ties that bonds them all together. Very easy read.. a great story I really loved it !
