Kulicke's described his holy grail as painting "like it fell off the brush". Weaver Lilley was a close friend of the artist. So close that he devoted years to taking photos of pears as an homage to Kulicke. Each page is a visual delight. Weaver Lilley is a well known commercial photographer. His work is in portraiture, fashion, product and architectural. For 42 years Weaver was known as the owner of a popular Rittenhouse Square dining spot.
