Suspense from cover to cover

Joyce Wells has written a story guaranteed to keep the reader turning the pages. From the first chapter, The Peace Seekers drew me in and hooked me--it took a lot of self-control to keep from peeking ahead to the last chapter. The story is an original, absorbing work, full of romance and suspense, and Wells keeps the drama high right up to the end. Cassie, the protagonist, is psychic, yet she yearns to know if her main squeeze is friend or foe. Cassie's risk-filled journey through towns and northern woods of Michigan's Lower Peninsula parallels the path she takes inside herself as she makes life choices and grows as a woman.

A fun summer read

The author writes with compelling style and grace. The story flows easily and naturally with just right touch of delicious suspense and psychic nuance. I look forward to more works from this very talented writer.
