Looking for peace within?

When there is a pain, there is no peace inside; but when there is a pleasure, there is no peace inside either. Pain and pleasure are parts of the simple nature's program necessary for survival of the species, however being a human means much more, the potential of a human being is absolutely amazing... That's one of the things I've learned from that book. This book addresses a complex psychological issues and eternal human questions about getting rid of suffering and finding inner peace, true love, real happiness, etc. in a very simple and practical way. If you are interested in spiritual internal transformation, then can only recommend this book to you.
