Book in excellent condition but is a Advanced Readers Copy

I love this author so when I saw this I just had to have a copy of it. But I didn't realize that it is an advanced readers copy which means that it is not the final official release, and may not be as well edited as official releases are. We shall see after I decide to get around to reading it.
