Best for Building Bones!

I'm technical writer with a broadband company in Atlanta, and had never heard of osteoporosis--until a bone density test showed I had osteoporosis at age 48. My bone density at that time was like a woman, age 65!! Imagine the fear I faced. My doctor put me on Fosamax and HRT. I started walking 5 days a week--started weight lifting every other day. I added calcium tablets and 2 more glasses of skim milk daily. Last year (2 years since I was diagnosed), my bone density had actually increased!! I'm stronger now--and more well-informed. This book confirmed what I was told--and what I did to save my bones. I hope it will help you, too.

Thank you for the excellent information on Fosamax. My doctor recommended this drug for my osteoporosis last year but I was hesitant. Once I read this book and saw that it may improve my bone density, I tried it. I'm EXCITED to tell you--my bone density is now greater than it was in May. I now garden in the morning without fear of tripping. This medicine gave me my life back--and I'm so thankful. This book gave me the confidence needed to start living again!!! Read it!

My 86 year old mother is proof, Fosamax works!

I was so excited to see this book, THE CURE! My mom has had two hip replacements and is 86 years old. She was in a clinical trial using Fosamax before it came out and is still on it. In the past year she had a 5% increase in her bone density and no hip fractures in 5 years!
