5 year old son LOVES the Willy Nilly Man

We got this book at the library and my son asks me to read it to him every night! He loves the country jargon and the all of the things in the Willy Nilly mans beard. He also loves that the Old Woman puts alot of "stuff" in her "blackbury jam" to "fix the Willy Nilly Man!" This is a great book.

She visits the Willy-Nilly Man, a disagreeable hermit who has magical powers. See how she uses her blackberry jam to coerce the Willy-Nilly Man into helping her out of her "jam!"
