Three young North Jersey friends decide to find summer jobs on the boardwalk of the New Jersey seashore. They soon discover that secretly, the local year-round residents despise people from North Jersey because it is assumed that all North Jersey folks are rude and obnoxious. It is also discovered that the derogatory nickname of BENNY is given to all North Jersey vacationers that visit the Jersey shore. Accepting this North Jersey discrimination, the three friends have the time of their lives while drinking, smoking marijuana, and meeting wild girls. The North Jersey Benny is a story about the underdog who overcomes adversary. The only trouble is that it is undecided who is the real underdog is in the story, the seaside locals or the North Jersey Benny's.
