I like nightmare before Christmas movie as manga fan I have bought most Disney manga that I like wat

Best manga comic movie adaptation to movie

Great, but not entirely as enjoyable as the movie

I'm a huge NBC fan & I collect just about everything that is related to it that I can afford. When I discovered that there was a manga version of the movie, I was overjoyed & purchased it immediately. While I did enjoy the manga, I just didn't get the same rush from the book that I did with the movie. I can't quite put my finger on why (apart from the lack of music), since the book is a very faithful adaptation of the movie. Perhaps it's because the book is told more from Sally's POV than Jack's or because the black & white artwork (while beautiful) lacks the colors of the movie. Would I recommend this to a friend? Despite not getting the same rush, I would. It's very well drawn & very faithful to the movie. The plot is very clearly done, so it's possible for someone who's never seen NBC (if such a person exists) to read the manga & know what is going on.

Though i am a HUGE fan of Nightmare Before Christmas, And I dont have it, I hAVE TO SAY IT SOUNDS TIGHT!!!! :)! tHE MOVIE IS JUST BREATHTAKING BUT IN MANGA FORM MUST BE ADVENTROUS THROUGH MY OWN EYES. IF YOUR A JUST AS BIG FAN AS ME, YOU BETTER READ IT! iT SOUNDS EXCITING.

This was a good adaption . . .

I bought this and read it, and let me say they did a good job taking it from the movie. The drawings were manga but very good manga. Read it!! I promise you won't be sorry you did. ^_^

i love this book! its like watching the movie, but reading it. it takes you back to halloweentown without leaving your house!
