Great resource!

I've been trying to live more in tune with the rhythm of the earth and this book has really opened my eyes. The chapters are set up as follows: Spring: The Season of the BodySummer: The Season of EmotionsAutumn: The Season of the MindWinter: The Season of the SoulEach chapter detauils ideas for each month so its 12 months worth of activities as well as introductions to certain festivals. The book pulls together a great variety of Eastern and Pagan ideas. I love it!
