Love this book - it has great diagrams and exercises of all the major muscle groups. Whether you want to get your muscles in excellent shape for sports or relieve pain this book will help you. I particularly like it for ski holidays when muscles can get tight if you don't stretch before and after going out on the slopes. If you like yoga, stretching classes or are in physiotherapy you'll find this book enhances your understanding of muscle movement. I also think it's a good book for doctors who might want to prescribe something for their patients other than pills.
