This book is dedicated to all those who have a calling to service. It is designed to be a self-help book. I have written about various topics that are crucial to stewardship. In my years of service to many men and women of God, I have witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly. During my tenure of service, I relied upon the Holy Spirit to guide me in being a valuable support to my leaders. One of the downfalls of Ministerial Assistants is that of "losing focus" on who they are serving. In this field of ministry, it is important to keep in mind that we serve our leaders "as unto the Lord". Ephesians 6:7 (NIV) tells us to "serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people". God records our heart-felt service and rewards us on how we have served.
