Paul D. Leverentz is a carpenter by trade and a first-time author. He started writing short stories to his granddaughter to stay connected during the pandemic lockdown of 2020-2021. It was during the events of that time that he began to consider how to discuss a topic that was serious, and perhaps overwhelming for a child without jeopardizing or stealing their innocence. He hopes to empower young girls to study math and science in order to reach their full potential.
