April's Love

This is my favorite Claudia Jameson book. I loved it. I couldn't put it down. Emile was blind, he wanted to be buried with his blindness, and never come out in the light of day. April was a plain Jane who wanted to be beautiful. After meeting April, Emile fell in love. And he thought she was the most beautiful woman in the world, but he couldn't let her waste her life married to a blind man. April didn't take this sitting down.
