A must for any manager

Outstanding! What manager is not busy? This book is for everyone. Full of simple but powerful tips and easy to remember acronyns but without all the usual jargon and management speak that you so often find. Down to earth practical advice for a hands-on management style that so few managers know how to deliver. An easy and thoroughly enjoyable read with excellent use of icons, graphics and a user-friendly page layout. It covers coaching techniques - always the best way to manage people in my opinion - problem solving, and goal setting. Highly recommended.
