Practical and informative. Great natural pregnancy book.

I'm a fan of mama natural and have followed her online for years. I was so glad to see this fantastic book come together. It is written to give information and different perspectives which is so different from the fear inducing "What to expect" books. Each week has a theme topic, recipe and pregnancy affirmation. My only complaint is some segments are red type on pink background which is poor visual contrast. It makes it really hard to read. Even so, I highly recommend it to the open minded person.
