Good easy reading book for children

My son is age 7 and doesn't like reading. I was looking for a book that we could read together at bedtime. He is able to read these with minimal help, doesn't fuss too much, and is enjoying the story. He's been asking me to order more in the series. So I am giving 5 stars!

Very cute story about friendship and adventure!

Such a fun series for kids about a prince and his best friend. I love everything about it so far. I pre read stories for my kiddo. It has a prince who befriends a village girl. He is respectful of his parents throughout the series and there are wizards, dragon's, unicorns, and even Faries. Super fun.
