Has scratches and lots of smudges. I don't mind smudges, but if a DVD has scratches, then it should not be sold! Shame on the seller!

I ordered the lord of the rings trilogy and got 2 discs from the trilogy and the hobbit! Not the return of the king like it should have been! Yet they put all 3 in the LOTG trilogy box. I already have the hobbit! NOT IMPRESSED!
