The Long Road Home is a collection of contemporary poetry by Keith Morton, acclaimed novelist and poet. His previous published works are: POETRY Lovers & Lifers (1985) Prosodeas (2001) It takes a global Potemkin village (2006) NOVELS Thirty-five years of first impressions (1994) Memoirs and Mememormees (1997) Joined up thinking and the importance of hair (2001) Since taking a fifteen-year break, to concentrate on the day job, Morton has returned to writing in the last few years. This is his first completed collection of poetry from that period. Another book of poetry, If I don't need it., I don't want it, is nearly finished. A novel, Friends reignited, loosely based on The Canterbury Tales, should be ready in 2028. Keith Morton lives and works in Edinburgh.
