A wonderful Christmas Story

In the story, a little toy soldier tells the toys about a Christmas that was so very cold. The family had to use their Christmas Tree for firewood, so they wouldn't freeze. On Christmas Eve, they had no more wood and it seemed desperate. The little soldier laid in the embers to keep his family from freezing, and lost his legs. It was such a sweet story, with a happy ending.
