What a great read! A friend recommended this book to me, and I put it off because, it's first time author, a publisher I had never heard of, and from a category I avoid. However, the cover was so lovely I decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I did. It has everything, a ghost, psychic abilities, history, mystery, and romance. The characters are so well written that I reminded of different people I know, and by the end of the book I was wishing this were a real place that I could go and visit. Give this book a chance, you won't be sorry.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is romance, suspense, mystery, humor, and fun all rolled into one delightful book. Heartwarming and endearing. Even my husband enjoyed it! I hope there are more to come.
Entertaining, realistic and absorbing!

I loved this book! I was so absorbed in reading, when someone walked in the room and said something, I jumped! The characters are so real, you identify with their situations, dilemmas and actions. There is suspense and humor - all with good taste (in other words - very 'family friendly'). I highly recommend The Lights of Home and am looking forward to the next one!
