"Canned" educational presentations

I'm surprised this book isn't more popular. I'm even more surprised that the materials are on a floppy disk. The presentations are very relevant and useful. You could literally teach a group, course, lecture, presentation right out of this book with little prep time. However, it would be a lot better if the materials were on a CD. It was a pain finding a computer with an ancient floppy drive to access the useful part of this book.
