The Leprechaun Saves the Day, Twice!
Three cousins have habitually enjoyed each other's company year in and year out. Arin is now a young lad of thirteen years of age who lives in Dublin, Ireland. Alban is fifteen years old and hails from Edinburgh, Scotland. Chloe is the sensible one of the group who resides in Rennes, Brittany. She is eighteen.
Although their time together has always been full of fun, this year's escapade was going to be vastly different. The beginning started when the three of them together visited the Cairn de Barnenez in Brittany, France. The great Barnenez cairn is an exceptional megalithic monument erected almost six thousand years ago during the Neolithic period, a period of recent prehistory corresponding to the arrival of agriculture, the domestication of animals, and the first houses. But as the young people began to explore its tunnels, they faced strange, unexplainable events. As unnerving these experiences were for them, it turned out to be just the beginning.
What happened sent them all exploring Celtic mythology to try to make sense of what they had seen. But as they researched, other encounters occurred to them individually.
Alban travelled to Aberdeen, a port city in North East Scotland, and while there, he had sundry occurrences with what he had previously believed were Scottish folklore.
Arin in Ireland had a vivid dream of a Celtic mythological personage that he had no previous knowledge about.
Then there was the coup de grace when all three met Tater.
