I bought this book many years ago, but I didn't for some reason read it until now.I loved the story and I really recommend you to read it. Even if the book was written in 1968 the story is still valid today year 2001.The plot is starting in a devided Berlin 1963, but is looking back to the characters lives between the two wars and during World War II.
