Now in its second printing, THE JOY BEYOND CRAVING shows how people of all faiths, including many who may not have thought of themselves as "addicts," can overcome the addictive cravings that prevent us from finding true peace of mind. Really Good

J.K. Mountain gives one of the best explanations of the 4 Noble Truths I have ever seen. His writing is easy to understand and he uses everyday examples. He also points out that its not just the *addict* who is addicted - almost everyone in our society is addicted to something, and the reasons for this as well as the way out are clearly outlined according to Buddhist understanding. The last part of this book may not make sense to folks who are unfamiliar with the 12 steps.
