Quality control has gone down

The books were supposed to be in good condition, they came in horrible conditions. Not even the whole set. Mixed books of different sets. One book had half the book’s pages ripped off and even missing several pages. That shouldn’t even pass as acceptable condition. Won’t even get you the correct books just issue a refund. That’s all their customer service will do. Can’t trust them to get you books anymore.
