The House That Forgot My Name

By Kenneth Bless world

Elias Vale just wanted a quiet apartment. What he found was a building that had been waiting for him.

Apartment 17 has no sixteenth-floor neighbor. The walls whisper his name in a voice that sounds like his own. A photograph from 1986 shows a boy with his face - and his scar. And every twenty years, on October 14th, the house forgets one person... and takes another to carry the dead.

To end it, Elias must remember the one thing he forgot: his own death.*The House That Forgot My Name* is a supernatural horror novel about memory, grief, and the terrible mercy of being forgotten.

Want a shorter tagline to go with it, something like "Don't answer after midnight"?
