Monkey Business When a glass monkey is stolen, High-Rise Private Eyes Bunny Brown and Jack Jones are on the job But will this be one case that's too tough to crack?
[review by my 6-year-old son] I like this set of books because I like mysteries. I like the characters and what they say. They say funny things. Sometimes they think what I think, and it's funny to see them say what I am thinking. **from Mom: This series was a great "bridge" from simple learning-to-read books to chapter books. We went from these to "The Know Nothing" books to Nate the Great and then on to Magic Tree House. The humor in the High Rise books kept my son interested and didn't condescend to my son (as many easy reads tend to do).
