The Hidden Chakras

By Mara Ellwyn

The Hidden Chakras - Discover the Lesser-Known Energy Centres of the Subtle Body

Beyond the familiar seven chakras lies a fascinating landscape of lesser-known energy centres described across spiritual traditions and contemporary systems of energy work.

In The Hidden Chakras, Mara Ellwyn explores these often-overlooked centres and the roles they have been associated with in meditation, subtle-body practice, spiritual development, and expanded states of awareness.

Discover chakras located beyond the conventional seven-centre map, including energy points associated with the hands, feet, head, heart region, and areas extending above and below the physical body. Explore their traditional and modern interpretations, their relationship with the principal chakras, and the different ways practitioners incorporate them into personal spiritual practice.

Practical meditations, visualisations, and awareness exercises provide opportunities to explore these concepts experientially while developing a broader understanding of subtle-energy traditions.

Rather than presenting one expanded system as definitive, the book distinguishes between historical teachings, later interpretations, and contemporary ideas, allowing readers to approach the subject with curiosity and discernment.

Ideal for readers ready to move beyond introductory chakra study, The Hidden Chakras reveals a much richer and more complex map of the subtle body.

Look beyond the seven-and discover the hidden dimensions of chakra practice.
