If you are looking for science based this isn’t it.

I was hoping for a book of natural herbal remedies, how to collect and prepare the herbs. While I have no doubt that some of the information is accurate, about which herbs are anti-inflammatory for example, He also suggests giving the tree a hug “because it can probably use it” (page56) An entire chapter near the end is devoted Greek mythology and earlier a formula from “Gaia.” Plenty of talk of manifesting, flower essence(one’s true nature/shadow), and positive self affirmations Entire pages devoted to “Rituals” which end with “go dancing that evening. Dance the energy and character of the plant spirit you harvested.” (Pg 48). Not to mention the chapter pages look like tarot cards
