I read this book over the summer, taking my time to digest and put into practice what I could. I found his suggestions on emotions, nutrition, detox and exercise very, very helpful. I love how he outlines and explains each technique and/or change so it is easy to follow. I recommend this book for everyone, not only those with health problems. His ideas are fresh and encouraging. I refer to it at least once a week, if not more - still!
