A little history and great taste...

From the Introduction, to the ingredients, general instructions and recipes, to the safety considerations, this 58 page publication has a wealth of Chili lore and basic info as well as good useful information for the chili cook to use and re-use. "THE HARD-CORE CHILI BOOK" gives a history of the origin of the "bowl of blessedness" as it has been called by Will Rogers, and "The soup of the devil." as expressed by -A nameless Texan minister-. It has lots of information and tasty recipes as well as what chili should be and what can be, you can use your imagination. I have given several copies to friends and haven't had a complaint yet! I have given this book 5 stars.
