The Guardians

Two men who appear to be drunk are making their way along the back of the seating. Suddenly, an eerie Apache War cry rends the air, causing the drums and the dancers to stop in mid-step, puzzled by the commotion. Everyone looks around, trying to determine where the screech originated. Just as the drums start back up, a piercing voice loud as a ten megaton explosion yells, "Die White woman." Before the echo of these threatening words is carried away on the wind, Sarah is surrounded by five beautiful eagles flapping their huge wings as they perch in the cottonwood she is standing under. The air stirs with the movement of people, but the Eagle's piercing scream is so eerie the Apache halt in mid-stride as others stampede in the opposite direction away from the huge birds.
