Informative book!

This book is very interesting and informative on what is actually in our grocery stores. This book is quite shocking on how our food is treated and processed. It is a must-read if you want a simple, to the point book about healthy eating. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

food labels demystified

Eve has done a great job explaining, in layman's terms, what all those added ingredients are in food and which ones to stay clear of and why. She also does a nice job explaining what nutrients we need to be healthy and what foods provide those nutrients. This is a great resource for helping you make better choices at the grocery store. The book is well organized and all references are included in the back.

Very informative!

This book is full of great infomation about health, eating right and grocery shopping. It's written well and easy to follow. A great addition to anyone intersted in staying healthy.
