Nothing like what the listing appeared

I picked a paperback copy, the condition was described as “very good”. I strongly disagree with that assessment. A corner on the back cover is folded and creased. I flipped through the pages and found a page with a corner dog ear folded. While I don’t care about the condition the book is in so long as it’s readable because I only bought this for my college class textbook, I think the price for the book was influenced by how the condition was rated. Also this edition is from 1985. Again when I selected the copy I wanted the picture that was displayed of the book was completely different from what I actually received in the mail. I don’t have an issue with having this copy be from the 80’s but I would have preferred the transparency in the age and edition of the book. And for that, I’m rating this two stars.
