Excellent, thought-provoking poetry

This book is filled with insightful poetry which will make you reexamine your relationship with yourself, with others, and with the world you live in. If you want to learn things about yourself you never knew before, this book is an excellent way to get started. It's worth a lot more than you pay for it.

The poems slide across barriers of time and space, with the voice of the everyman narrator sometimes resounding from the past, sometimes inhabiting the early twenty-first century, awash in the answers technology provides to questions we're not even certain we know how to ask. At bottom, the poems are concerned with the ways in which, despite our advances, the plight of the ordinary working man remains the same.
