Great book

This book really explains the G.I. theory well. It is about time someone wrote a good book on weight loss, and healthy living. Well worth it.

I don't know why this diet never quite made it. I first saw it on one of the morning shows and decided to try it then. I never felt like I was on a diet because I enjoyed what I was allowed to have. The weight AND inches came off very quickly. The book says that unless you have the "starvation response" that this diet will not work for you. However, I had a good idea that I had the problem after reading the beginning chapters. This diet WORKS. If you are looking for something new, I would recommend this not so new diet. Again, I don't understand why it didn't stick around longer.

A Revolutionary Approach to Dieting!!!!!!

This principle actually works!! It will take some getting used to, but it is worth a try. The author is a scientist and his thesis is based on regulation of blood sugar and the glycemic index of food.Fascinating!!!!!!!You will love how any excess fat disappears from places you thought it would never leave!!!!!!
