"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23 Oh Yeah! I've heard that before. All my life I heard my pastor speak of glory. I knew that all glory should go to the Lord. All things were to be done for His glory, but I didn't realize what that meant. This glory thing that I've lost what is it, where did it go? Since I've lost it, how do I get it back? Since the beginning of his time on this planet earth, man has been seeking for something that was lost. Perhaps it could be found in education or philosophy so he attempted to attain all wisdom and knowledge and discovered it was not there. Maybe it could be found in science, so he sought the answer to all mysteries and discovered it was not there. Ah! But maybe it could be found in politics; but after attaining the highest status among his peers he discovered it was not there either. Then he believed the answer was to be found in religion so he did everything he could to climb the ladder to attain the lofty heights of heaven and discovered it was not there either. This book will show how the glory of man was lost and how it can once again be found. "Christ in you, the hope of glory." Colossians 1:27 God is not trying to hide himself, He is trying to reveal Himself to the world through His people as He revealed Himself to the world through His Son. This revelation of Himself to the world is commonly known as revival. We are in desperate need of His presence to be manifested in and through us. The only one who is capable of giving life to the dead is the One who is life.
