This book was way more informative than I expected it to be, and I learned quite a few things about the positive effects of gravity on the human body. I always thought gravity was the enemy, but apparently, it is our friend. It renewed my interest in doing squats and walking!!

I found Dr. Vernikos book very interesting. It has changed my daily life as I work to better harness gravity for my benefit. It all makes so much sense and is explained in a way that is easy to understand. This is not a book that I read cover to cover. Rather I slowly absorbed it chapter by chapter. I've re-read many parts of it and will keep it for future reference. I've emailed questions and Dr. Vernikos was happy to answer. I think we will hear more from her and on this subject in the future.
