SO GOOD!

I think this is one of the better book "investments" I've made. These mostly-simple recipes are nutritious, healthful and delicious! Best of all, these do not require obscure ingredients or major subsitutions, but provide common sense alternatives to refined sugar - and do so in a way that you won't even miss it. The cookies we make from this book are a hit with kids and adults alike.
