Sweet, Ready-Made Family Romance

This was a sweet romance and I loved the characters,but I couldn't give it the full five stars,because I didn't feel any chemistry between the hero and heroine or think the romance was developed enough,nor was there even a kiss but one very slight whisper of a kiss,that is not enough to make a believable romance.
