The First Law of Paradise

This book is the first in the tetralogy that will bear the same name, The First Law of Paradise. I have written about events that seem improbable, but except for some minor embellishments, and a few memory lapses of dates and times, everything I describe is true.

My story unfolds in the recent past in Florence, Italy. Tired of being an overweight and frustrated Russian emigrant, I chose to do something about my unhappiness and bring a positive change into my life. Confronting my biggest fears and challenges, I decided to travel across the world to New Zealand. Little did I know that this decision, would initiate a series of incredible events that ultimately changed my outlook and entire being.

The First Law of Paradise is dedicated to all women who suffer from, excess weight, self-rejection, and exhaustion; women who are overwhelmed with life's daily challenges and endless responsibilities. As you read, you will lear about adventures of the spirit and profound transformation. I hope that you will learn to accept yourself and acquire confidence in your external and internal beauty.
