The Fallen Castle: The Adventures of Captain Hunt

By Gabriel Rabanales

During the Renaissance, a mysterious monk, Domenico Malatesta, designed weapons and war machinery far ahead of his time, impossible to imagine. Mathematician, alchemist, artist, and philosopher, the so-called 'Black Monk' is an enigma whose trace was erased by order of the Inquisition.
However, almost five hundred years later, a secret organisation is actively searching for the famed and mythical 'Malatesta Designs' with a single goal... To conquer the world
Members of the organization, powerful and ruthless men, soon come to the attention of the British Museum and its occult and paranormal studies unit, Department X. Its lead investigator, Captain Peter Hunt, is sent to find these infernal artifacts before they fall into the hands of the nefarious organisation.
In the most international of his missions, Captain Hunt must travel from Africa to the French Alps, and from there to Florence and a remote Benedictine abbey, while fighting against the most formidable opponent he has yet encountered.
Finally, the captain seems to have found his archenemy
